The work should be completed on time and within a specific time, the remaining time will be regarded as overtime.
If overtime work is necessary, please submit the application before 16:00 on the same day, and undertake the cost of overtime.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
Please comply with the Exhibition Manual if the above timetable have to be changed.
It is strictly prohibited to withdraw any exhibits out of the exhibition hall before 14 o’clock on April 3, 2009. Please comply with “Tear Down Noticifation”.
Exhibitor shall withdraw every exhibits before 10 p.m. on April 3, 2009. Otherwise, the organizers have the right to handle all of the remaining items. Exhibitors are liable to any damage caused to their booth or exhibition hall.
Exhibitor shall enter the exhibiting hall at 8:30 every morning and stop presenting and shows at 16:00 every afternoon. Visitors will not allowed to enter the hall after 16:00 everyday. The exhibiting will come to an end at 17:00 everyday.
Every exhibitor shall arrange specific people take in charge of the booth during the whole exhibiting period.
